Seattle City Council Passes 20 Cent Plastic Bag Fee Law

It’s official: the much-debated Seattle based law imposing a 20-cent fee per plastic bag in certain stores was passed Monday by the Seattle City Council, reports the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
