Tennessee Students Recycle for Football Tickets

Tennessee’s K-12 schools have the opportunity to enter to win $500 and tickets to the University of Tennessee home football game on October 18 by entering the Good Sports Always Recycle Contest.

The Good Sports Always Recycle program has been in place for 15 years at University of Tennessee home games, encouraging fans to recycle plastic bottles and cups. Through this contest, schools can nominate their recycling program as being one of the best in the state, and 10 winners will be chosen for recognition at the October 18 game.

The deadline is September 22 to enter. The contest site also features educational material pointing out some of the benefits of recycling and how to get started.
