- $100 rebate towards an electric or push mower (with the trade in of a gas-powered mower)
- Compost bins for $30
Items to be accepted for recycling:
- Old or unused prescription and non-prescription medications
- Computers, cell phones, fax machines, scanners, keyboards
- Hazardous household chemicals and paints
- Old gas cans and/or gas-powered lawn mowers
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Northeastern Illinois University (3701 W. Bryn Mawr Ave.)
