Recycling Big on the Big Island
Sony Hawaii and Recycle Hawaii are teaming up to promote recycling broken or worn-down AP.
The first stations will be set up in the cities of Kona and Hilo, on the Big Island. Donating Sony products will be free, but there will be a charge for non-Sony items.
The national plan is to have a recycling center within 20 miles of 95 percent of the citizens, Sony Hawaii President Ned Nomura told AP.
