EarthDay LA to Hold Two Earth Day Celebrations

Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade will be the host for a free event on April 12 called “Earth Day on the Promenade” that allows Southern Californians to celebrate Earth Day early.

The all-day event will feature exhibits and information on conserving energy and reducing carbon footprints, while also featuring live music and animals.

For those who want to wait for Earth Day to celebrate, EarthDay LA is putting on a second event on April 22 at the Wilshire Center in Los Angeles.

This event will also be free to the public and will feature environmental speakers, a cloth bag giveaway and other festivities. For information on either event, visit the EarthDay LA site.
