Actress Joanna Lundley, famous for her role on the TV show Absolutely Fabulous, has teamed up with RecycleNow to promote recycling this holiday season.
Her campaign is aiming to recycle 100 million Christmas cards, up from last year’s total of 93 million cards recycled. The extra waste produced over the holidays results in 1.4 million tonnes of carbon dioxide released into the environment.
