Community Invited to Recycle E-Waste

Yreka’s Siskiyou Daily News features information on this weekend’s free electronic waste recycling event on Friday and Saturday in partnership with Electronic Recyclers and the Shasta District Fair.

The event will allow residents to recycle computers, monitors, printers and televisions, which will then be recycled in an environmentally-safe manner by Electronic Recyclers.

The event will be held at the Shasta District Fairgrounds on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call (530) 378-6789. To learn more about recycling e-waste, visit Earth 911’s Electronics page.
