		<description>It seems like some countries (see Russia) hope to undo by talking and by workshops, seminars, etc what they did in the past and still do by affecting the Planet's oceans. As shown at www.arctic-warming.com, many countries have taken the liberty to do whatever they wanted with the oceans and now act like they are the most important supporters of climate. Maybe they should look back first!</description>
